United Palace of Cultural Arts, Inc (referred to as Organization, us, or we) is a non-profit organization registered with the state of South Carolina, USA (No: 900884007). We operate the website www.unitedpalace.org (the Website). These are the Terms and Conditions which govern each use you make of the donation payment services provided through the Website. These Terms and Conditions apply separately to each single donation that you make. Except as provided for in section 5, ‘Regular Donations’, and unless specified by you, they do not form a contract allowing for future or successive transactions to be set up. By confirming on the Website that you wish to make a donation you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for that donation.
(1) The donation services
We will use your donation at our discretion unless restricted for a specific purpose by you but within our stated charitable objectives.
All payments through the Website are to be made by credit or debit card. We also accept donations by check. Checks can be made payable to United Palace of of Cultural Arts, Inc. and sent to PO BOX 1168, New York, NY 10040. Please note that we only accept payment by cash if handed to an Organization employee, from whom you will in return receive a receipt.
Once you confirm to us through the Website that you wish to proceed with your donation your transaction will be processed through our payment services provider, Bank of America Merchant Services. By confirming that you wish to proceed with your donation you authorize Bank of America Merchant Services to request funds from your credit or debit card provider.
(2) Unauthorized card use
If you become aware of fraudulent use of your debit or credit card, or if it is lost or stolen, you must notify your card provider.

(5) Regular donations
These Terms and Conditions will only apply to successive donations made through the Website where you have set up a regular donation. When you set up a regular donation you will be scheduling a series of donations to be made on the day of the month that you choose until further notice. You agree that these Terms and Conditions will apply to each of the donations in that series.
By confirming that you wish to proceed with a regular donation you authorize our payment service provider Bank of America Merchant Services to request funds from your credit or debit card on the day of each month that you set. To cancel your regular donation please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our website visitors; this policy sets out how we will treat your personal information.
(1) What information do we collect?
We may collect, store and use the following kinds of personal information:
(a) information that you provide to us for the purpose of registering with us and/or subscribing to our website services, email notifications and newsletters (including your first name, second name and email address);
(b) information relating to any donation you make to United Palace of of Cultural Arts, Inc. (including the amount, the currency, the type of donation, its duration where applicable and the day that recurring donations will be drawn where applicable);

When you make a donation please note that this is via the Bank of America Merchant Services platform.

Personal information submitted to us via this website will be used for the purposes specified in this privacy and cookies policy or in relevant parts of the website.We may use your personal information to:
(a) administer the website;
