Rev. Heather Shea

Spiritual Director

Rev. Heather Shea is the Spiritual Director and Chief Executive Officer of the United Palace. She is a published author and served as a teacher and speaker across the globe. Heather has a business and performing arts background, and been on the Board of numerous prominent nonprofit organizations. She was ordained by One Spirit Seminary in New York.


Rev. Rob Way

Chief Operations Officer

Rob worked for many years as director of operations and facilities at Agape International Spiritual Center in LA, where he also served as the Production Manager and Director of Live Streaming and digital broadcasting. Rev. Way was ordained in 2013.


Rev. Barbara Tilley

Head of Administration and Education

Rev. Tilley worked in the areas of Christian Education, church administration, fundraising and development, prayer ministry and special events for more than 40 years. Her preparation and training includes her work in many interfaith, intercultural and ecumenical settings in leadership roles, New Thought schools, and as Director of Church Administration.


Rev. Dr. José Miguel Román

Spiritual Counsel

Rev. José was ordained in 2014 as an Interfaith/ Interspiritual minister. He received his Doctorate in Ministry at the New York Theological Seminary; he also holds degrees in Economics and Law. He has taught classes on Social Science Theory, Buddhism, Interspirituality and interfaith dialogue, Diversity/Equity, and Integral Theory. Today he is one of the highest ranking research administrators at one of America’s premier Universities.


Rev. Todd Humphrey

Associate Minister and Community Development Manager

Rev. Todd has more than 25 years of experience in operations management, marketing, communications, public relations and fundraising in corporate, small business and arts organizations. Prior to attending One Spirit Interfaith Seminary and being ordained as an Interfaith / Interspiritual Minister, he managed an integrative medical practice and served a New Thought church as a prayer chaplain, inspirational speaker and worship team leader. Rev. Todd is a native of Virginia's Blue Ridge Mountains, a fact which is easily detected in his Southern dialect.
